Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible products, orders, and delivery locations.

11. Shipping and Delivery

ONLYN provides PAN-India shipping.

Free shipping and COD availability are subject to the applicable terms displayed on the website.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural events

  • Public holidays

  • Operational disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Other circumstances outside ONLYN's reasonable control

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is also subject to the courier's operational processes.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the shipment where required.

12. Risk and Delivery

Once the product has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer, responsibility for the product passes to the customer, subject to applicable law and the rights available under our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery.

Any damaged, defective, or incorrect product should be reported within the applicable return period in accordance with our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

13. Easy Returns

ONLYN provides an Easy Return facility within 3 days of delivery.

Eligible customers may request a return for any reason, subject to the conditions specified in our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

The product must generally be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With original tags and labels intact

A ₹100 return fee applies to approved returns and is deducted from the applicable refund.

14. Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged subject to product availability and the conditions specified in our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

A ₹100 exchange fee applies to approved exchanges.

Exchange requests must be made within the applicable return/exchange period.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, ONLYN may provide an alternative resolution, including a refund where applicable.

15. Customized and Personalized Products

Customized, personalized, or specifically modified products are generally not eligible for return or exchange, except where required under applicable law or where the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect and the claim is otherwise eligible.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any information provided for customization or personalization is accurate.

ONLYN is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

16. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact ONLYN as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests are subject to the order's processing status. If the order has already entered the dispatch process, cancellation may not be possible.

17. Refunds

Refunds for approved returns will be processed according to our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Approved refunds will generally be credited to the original payment method used for the order.

Refunds are generally processed within 3–5 working days after approval and completion of the applicable inspection process.

The time taken for the refund to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the relevant bank, payment gateway, card issuer, UPI provider, or financial institution.
